I. WELCOME EMAIL & STUDENT ID#
Within 7 days of placing your order, you will receive a WELCOME EMAIL including your Student ID # and instructions on how to register your student ID# to be sure you get full credit for this course. You need this to save this email.

II. SHIPPING & DELIVERY: Parts of your course may ship separately
If payment for your course or any part of your course has been received today: Your Kit, Books and/or DVD/Videos are on their way. We usually ship within 48 business hours of receiving payment. However your order may take up to an additional 48 business hours to physically leave our location therefore, please expect your delivery from that actual shipping time. If your course included any of the following, each part of your course will ship as listed below:

• Apprenticeship Certificate of Authority: US Post Office First Class Mail

• Physical Text Books & Manuals: Shipped within 48 business hrs via USPS Priority Mail (i.e. Tattooing A-Z, Piercing Manual)

• Physical DVDs or Videos: Shipped within 48 business hrs via USPS Priority Mail
  (i.e. Apprentice Tattoo & Piercing Videos)

• Professional Body Art Equipment: Arrives within 7-10 days via UPS GROUND and will require the credit card holder's signature upon delivery within the USA and 2-4 weeks OUTSIDE the USA

III. eLEARNING CENTER & FINAL EXAMS:
In order to complete an entire body art course, you will have answered correctly over 1000 questions. Again, don't panic - we want to be sure you know what you are doing - lives are at stake. We will assist you to the next level. Our quizes will prepare you for any local tests that are administered by the state.

• You will read, re-read, watch and re-watch all Videos and instructional manuals.

• Login to complete the quizes for each level.

• You must pass each level with at least an 80%.

IV. ASSIGNMENTS: see GRADUATION for details

• ONLINE PORTFOLIO including in-depth pictorials of your work.

• PHYSICAL PORTFOLIO - final photos of your completed work

• PROCEDURES LOG - must include SIGNED RELEASE FORMS & ID

You will progress thru the instructions, complete your assignments and online quizes while maintaining your online and physical portfolios complete with signed release forms.

Depending on your level of skill, you will begin on FRUIT and then move on to the practice body art skins. When approved, you will move on to a live person, usually yourself first. Then family & friends and than other willing volunteers. (check with local laws)

Your apprenticeship includes UNLIMITED LIVE TECHNICAL SUPPORT. All the while you are learning, you will be in close contact with your instructor. Got a question? Dont hesitate to ask - there's no such thing as a STUPID QUESTION. So ask us anything. We are here to make sure you succeed.

IV. GRADUATION:
Upon Graduation ALL BODY ART STUDENTS will have completed

• 25 COMPLETED PIECES OF ARTWORK performed using 1000+ procedures

• logged in up to 360 hours in the learning center and

• will have answered correctly over 1000 questions in all areas of body art.

In order to receive a Registered Body Art Specialist Certificate:

• THE STUDENT MUST SUBMIT AN ONLINE PORTFOLIO - see requirements below

• EVERY ONLINE PORTFOLIO MUST INCLUDE A PICTORIAL OF YOUR PRACTICE WORK starting with stencils or markings to finished product done on on Practice Skin, Practice Body Parts, Fruit, Pigskin, Leather etc... see details of pictorials below

• THE STUDENT MUST MAINTAIN a PHYSICAL PORTFOLIO - see details below

• THE STUDENT MUST HAVE READY & AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION, A LOG of PROCEDURES complete with a SIGNED RELEASE FORM & ID for each procedure completed. (check with local laws)

• THE STUDENT MUST PASS THE eLEARNING CENTER COURSE with at least 80%

• THE STUDENT MUST SUBMIT A CERTIFICATE REQUEST FORM

TATTOO REQUIREMENTS 25 Completed Tattoos - FIVE of each type tattoo:

• 5 - Tribal Tattoo

• 5 - Full Color Tattoo

• 5 - Black & Grey Shading

• 5 - Cover Up

• 5 - Restoration Tattoos

Each TATTOO PICTORIAL must include AT LEAST THREE pics demonstrating your approach by including:

• 1 pic BEFORE of applied stencil

• 1 pic outline (if applicable)

• 1 pic DURING - to show your approach

• 1 pic immediately upon completion of Tattoo

• 1 pic AFTER it has healed
  
  WE UNDERSTAND SOME TYPES OF TATTOOS MAY NOT BE POPULAR IN YOUR AREA, therefore, you may not have 5 of each type required, such as cover-ups and restorations - however, we will consider your overall volume and complexity of pieces when grading your 25 completed pieces of artwork submitted.

PIERCING REQUIREMENTS at least 25 Completed Piercings - FIVE of each type:

• 5 - Eyebrow

• 5 - Lip

• 5 - Nose

• 5 - Navel

• 5 - Ear

Each BODY PIERCING PICTORIAL must include AT LEAST THREE pics demonstrating your approach by including:

• 1 pic BEFORE the piercing showing the placement markings

• 1 pic DURING to show your approach

• 1 pic DURING the piercing showing the cork on the needle

• 1 pic - immediately following completion of the Piercing

• 1 pic AFTER it has mainly healed
  
  WE UNDERSTAND SOME TYPES OF PIERCINGS MAY NOT BE POPULAR IN YOUR AREA, therefore, you may not have 5 of each type required however, we will consider your overall volume and complexity of pieces when grading your 25 completed pieces of artwork submitted.

Final Record of Your Artwork & Achievement Certificates
This is your money maker and job finder - make it nice!

You will mount a finished photo of each procedure completed in your physical portfolio. Also, any certificates achieved online should be printed and mounted here as well. So people you are educated in the field of body art.

3. PROCEDURES LOG
Must include SIGNED BODY ART RELEASE FORMS & ID

You will log each procedure completed with dated & signed release forms, complete with ID verification. (copy or ID #, protect yourself, make a copy)

This portfolio must be kept current and ready for inspection at any time.
